When to Consign

FIRST CALL THE STORE TO CONFIRM OPEN COLLECTION IS HAPPENING 718.491.6083

WHEN COLLECTION IS OPEN, STOP IN WITH ITEMS FOR REVIEW EVERY THURSDAY AND FRIDAY DURING STORE HOURS 11AM-7PM.

COLLECTION DOES NOT HAPPEN DURING HOLIDAY WEEKS.

COLLECTION CAN BE DELAYED AT ANY GIVEN WEEK.

How to Consign

ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN-SEASON. FOR EXAMPLE: DURING WINTER MONTHS- COLLECTION IS WINTER CLOTHING, END OF WINTER SEASON- COLLECTION IS SPRING CLOTHING ETC.

40% OF ALL SALES ARE ACCUMULATED INTO CONSIGNOR'S ACCOUNT FOR MONETARY PAYOUT OR STORE CREDIT.

PRICES ARE DETERMINED BY BRAND NAMES, CONSUMER TRENDS OF THE STORE, CURRENT MARKET RATES OF RESALE ITEMS AND CONDITION.

NO LESS THAN 6 SELECTED ITEMS TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT FOR CONSIGNMENT.

ALL CLOTHING MUST COME DRY CLEANED.

ITEMS NOT ACCEPTED:

TORN, STAINED, MISSING CLOSURES, ACCESSORIES NEEDING REPAIR OR OUT-DATED APPAREL.  

CONSIGNORS MUST CHECK ON THEIR OWN ACCOUNT EVERY 4 WEEKS BY PHONING INTO THE STORE OR STOPPING IN TO DISCUSS BALANCES AND MERCHANDISE ON SALE.

THE CLOTHING CONSIGNMENT TERM IS 60 DAYS WITH A 2 WEEK GRACE PERIOD.

CONSIGNORS MUST PICK UP ALL UNSOLD ITEMS OR REQUEST THEM TO BE DONATED.

ACCOUNTS ARE CONSIDERED ABANDONED WHEN LEFT UNATTENDED 6 MONTHS AFTER DROP OFF DATE, MERCHANDISE AND PAYOUTS WILL RETURN TO ZERO AND ITEMS ARE DONATED.

50% OF ALL SALES ARE ACCUMULATED INTO CONSIGNOR'S ACCOUNT FOR MONETARY PAYOUT OR STORE CREDIT.

ALL RULES APPLY AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.

PRICES ARE DETERMINED ON A CASE-TO-CASE BASIS, DEPENDING ON: CONDITION, BRAND AND STYLE DEMAND, RESALE MARKET VALUES AND YEAR OF MAKE.

CONSIGNMENT TERMS FOR ACCESSORIES IS 90-120 DAYS.

MARK DOWNS ARE ON APPROVAL BY CONSIGNOR ONLY.

HIGH END HANDBAGS ONLY, SUNGLASSES (MINT CONDITION ONLY), WALLETS, WRISTLETS, LUGGAGE, TRAVEL, SHOES (NEW OUT OF THE BOX ONLY)

NOT ACCEPTED:

ANY IMITATION DESIGNER GOODS, JEWELRY, COSMETICS, LOWER END BRANDS
