Do you buy merchandise?

No, we do not buy any merchandise or purchase items on-the-spot for cash. Items are left in store for a consignment term with proper forms of ID and information. SEE THE PROCESS HERE

I have a wedding dress, may I consign it?

No, we do not accept wedding gowns of any kind.

What about regular gowns, special occasion dresses and couture?

Due to the limited space of our sales floor we can not accept gowns. While couture items are beautiful and very valuable, we unfortunately do not have the market for them.

What is the focus on the collection process for clothes?

Items new with tags, designer labels, European made, current styles, casual to dressy occasion style.

I have fine designer jewelry is this also accepted for sales?

We only accept high end designer jewelry, brands like Chanel, Gucci and Tiffany and Co.

Will I be given a receipt for all of my merchandise?

High-end accessories and handbags are provided with a proof of possession by Consign Connection for consignment terms. A written receipt is provided by request, while some find snapping a picture of the items is effective as proof. All merchandise is recorded into the consignment software by generating a style number connected to the consignor's account. Each sale will be registered accordingly by category percentage and the total tallied by consignment term.

Will I know what sold and has not sold?

Yes, when you call in to check on your account after a 4 week sales period, we will discuss what has sold, what is remaining and what should be donated or placed on sale.

If I bring items that don’t get accepted, what is the main reason?

Demand. Each establishment has it’s own sales trends or merchandise already in stock and these variables are subject to change on a weekly bases.

Following the information provided here and shopping the store will give consignors a full understanding of what the best sellers are.

I am coming from a long distance, how can I be sure my selection is worth bringing in?

Can I consign shoes?

Only in-season and new out of the box shoes or worn once will be considered for consignment.
